19-16-13. (Rule 803(9)) Public vital records admissible
Records or data compilations, in any form, of births, fetal deaths, deaths, or marriages, are not excluded by § 19-16-4, even though the declarant is available as a witness, if the report thereof was made to a public office pursuant to requirements of law.
